Aunt Anna is Getting Married

The girls, the mothers, and I had a lovely luncheon for Shuler's Aunt Anna today. It is always such a joy to see all The Aunties! Love you girls!

My Girls

Not only am I blessed with a fantastic pair of boys, I am fortunate enough to have an amazing group of girls in my life. This picture was taken 2 years ago at my wedding. Since then, 3 have gotten married and one will be married THIS SATURDAY, 3 are engaged, 5 have new homes, 3 have completed degrees (plus me), 3 have begun new degrees, 5 have new jobs, 1 is spending this summer working in Fashion in NYC (jealous much??), and all have become new Aunties to my little Shuler! I am so proud of all my girls! And, on top of it all, I have an amazing Sister-in-Law, who has been promoted to director of her department at USC, has brought an awesome new man into our lives, and is the best freaking Aunt on the planet! Wow, we are one blessed little family :-)

One Month to Go!

I am feeling better thanks to lots of rest and support :-) And, yes, I have accepted that I will probably have to wait another month. We had a lovely baby shower on Saturday and were thrilled to see our friends and all the babies! We are definitely ready for Shuler to arrive and in the meantime are enjoying some down time thanks to this snow storm. Here are some pictures of the shower and the snow. We got a little silly and took some preggo pics in the snow. Hope you're all staying warm!

Love my Girls!

Even more thankful than usual to have great girlfriends!
Katherine's Engagement Party in August (4 months)

Clemson vs GaTech Game (6 months)

In other news...My door won for the 7th grade! WooHoo! And for the record, it reads "Too Proud to do Drugs" and I had the kids each write what they are proud of on a feather.
Also, I'm SO excited because I am starting a 6 week reading unit on Hunger Games next week! My teacher is letting me design the whole unit and this is a book that I LOVE, so I'm really excited about teaching it. If you haven't read it, you should.
